A very nice sauce. Ingredients water,chilli peppers,vinegar, salt, spices, 0.1% sodium benzoate as a preservative.
Sometimes it goes a bit dark around the top when it oxidizes, but this also means the sauce becomes more matured. So just shake it around, and the colour is more even. You may not have this happen as the sauce is not just chilli but very delicious. You do not need to be eating Mexican food to enjoy this chilli sauce made with exceptional understanding.
