Tarragon Leaves. (called Rubbed)
This Tarragon Herb is called rubbed as that is how it is added to cooking. Rub some between your hands to bring up its fine aroma and probably flavour.
I have liked it in a Chicken dish as well as a Steak one.
Get it from this so called direct way as opposed to from premixed herbal mixtures and it may
be a revelation?
