These are the thin noodles as in wonton soups.
Thinner than average,
Add eggs cracked in and some Alfa alfa sprouts on top,
maybe a couple of chunks of fresh raw carrot.
Some like Pak Coi or lettuce leaf.
You may even make some wontons to cook up first.
