24 cm x 24 cm square Cast Iron Griddle Pan.
Handle is 14 cm long and griddle is all metal.
Please scrub out the pan initially and before use
to remove any industrial coating that may be on it.
Afterwards, do consider cleaning after use and when still hot with a cane wok brush.
If oil is added, it should be heated off to prevent rust forming due to moisture in the cooking oil if that makes sense.
