This Wah Moi is made in the traditional way.
Ingredients are Plums, salt, and sugar.
Certain rules have increased the price due to manufacturing factory changes.
Tasty to many, this plum, in NZ, is tasty to some.
Many kiwis that have lived or indeed, were born in New Guinea, Fiji, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore may have taste buds for these. Indeed, the very thought of them can cause the saliva to build up. Some, have gained a taste for these by having been long term customers of the shop. Someone said that they may help to alkalise your system. They will be full of minerals. That is why many in hot climates like them. They seem to give you some extra stamina.
