"Bitter" Ku Ding overheatened body restoring Tea.
Ku Ding Tea per pkt. At least 100g. Important to drink by those surrounded by deep-fried foods.
So. All this raving or not about Restaurants and how tasty they may be or not.
The Ku means bitter,
and bitter it is if left for too long. In fact, brewed or infused in boiling water for a few seconds is
actually less bitter than fragrant and refreshing.
We may need to get beyond sweet, umami, sour, or whatever is tasty.
Your body will feel great. This is the main thing.
all this master chef/ restaurant reviewer stuff is stuffing you up.
Drink after steeping for a few seconds, as too long will make it all but inedible for most
unless you have health issues and need that extra yin goodness.
This tea is yin and for those that actually need yang, then
do not drink too much, if at all.
A cholesterol lowerer.
Does not sell well well. everyone is well and truly zombiefied as regards what constitutes taste, or good taste?
I can see the day when no one laughs at Maori rotten corn. How hilarious the day when people will pay big bucks for it? No one likes bitter? well that is wrong because someone bought 10 pkts.
