Did anyone know, that knives and forks were used in China way before the the use of chopsticks?

Viners of Sheffield with 18-10 true Stainless Steel cutlery that is coated in a Gold coloured Titanium. Whilst these can be dishwasher washed, it is recommended that you handwash them. The Titanium coating does make them more scratch resistant with a hardness from the coating, and are thus resistant to corrosion, rust, and tarnish.
