Wah Lee tortilla Presses COMING-NOT here yet. Welcome to book.
Wah Lee souvenir? What was Wah Lee? Oh a Chinese shop.
Perhaps this can be called The Wah Lee dim sum Press. You know, at Yum Cha?
The lovely dim sums made with wheat starch dough balls pressed flat with this and when filled
and steamed look a little translucent?
I felt that the dumplings we enjoy everywhere now, were very crude the first time I tried them decades ago in China. But specifically the dim sums are Gow Jee in Cantonese, and you can also make Har Kao and Gao Choy Gow too. No need for Mandarin as these are all Cantonese delicacies., ho ho.
Made in NZ, made in Mt Maunganui, made decades ago party town then, they could rocket up in price if we had another lot made. These are of rugged Kiwi construction. Get one for a memento of Wah Lee. No business is here forever.
They are 15cm diameter.
These are sold out. You may book in a purchase and help pay for the deposit. Not sure when you will get it though.
Booked in for creation now, so not too too far away.
An end is vaguely in sight.
The last lot was made decades ago,
so the price is now up.
