Such a lovely sweet thick syrup. Less sweet than other sugars, and make a lolly pop by winding it around and around a chopstick. But also if mixed with some boiling water is used to add to marinades or to make a lovely roast duck glaze. Often used in the so called Peking Duck. Is it called Beijing Duck now? Net weight 350g. Made from Malt and rice broken down with Amylase.
