The picture says White in Chinese, but is creamy. If red bean paste is wanted then put in a note at the end.

For Chinese cakes like Moon cakes.

There are other cakes that can use this, like Jien Dooi, or those deep fried balls of glutinous rice flour skins.

This may not always be available. Many make their own of course.

Also it can be found in 5kg and even larger sizes.
