16 inch 41cm double handle mild steel wok.
A heavy weight extra thick mild steel wok.
This is a Southern Style wok that has a natural round bottom.
The handles will get hot. The wok needs washing scrubbing a seasoning before the first ever use. Rinse off and heat up dry, then rub a small amount of cooking oil all over, while still hot. After use, brush with the wok brush under water that should be steaming from the hot wok, then put back onto the heat after tipping out the water. When the wok dries up again, it will be ready to cool down and put away, or for your next dish to cook by adding extra oil or water for cooking. If using it for steaming with our steamer baskets, then you will need to season it again.
