Can be used as a lid for the 37cm double handled wok. 35 cm diameter. 8 cm deep. Has slightly flat bottom for most cook tops. The handle will not get hot unless flame touches the handle.
NZ sourced local steel used to spin these out.
This is similar the type the Wah Lee family have used for three decades or more- our one had a thin handle with wood on, but now they have a think metal handle!

There is rust on the wok. This is best taken off with steel wool. If you would like a bundle of fine steel wool with soap built in, please ask.
Actually all our carbon steel woks need to be scrubbed of industrial grease before using, and this is the best way to get the rust off too. Scrub and rinse. Riinse and dry on your stove top. After drying it on the heat, quickly rub all over with cooking oil while the wok is still hot.
