For normal fireworks, visit on days 2nd,3rd,3rd,4th, and 5th of November At Wah Lee 220 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD ...where we try to be open each night ill 10pm. Age restrictions apply- you must be 18 years or over.

Before booking in a show,
it will have to be ascertained whether anyone, any appropriate pyrotecnicians will be available on the date to do it. You may need to meet up if permission is needed for access to the venue for the display.
The desired date for the display and all addresses, personal and venue and all phone numbers are required.
After that, there are procedures to check the area, neighbours, local fire brigade, local police, air space controllers, building managers if for roof top firing, and to get a permit from whomever oversees displays from a certified inspector and probably more, like discussions with insurance advisors. Different types of fireworks will be used for different venues. Very available are 500g Black fireworks brand cakes and their effects are easily checked on the internet. These need less room than the mortar type fireworks. Mortar type fireworks are available but may not be allowed in every firing place.
