Hold the handle with spring resistance.
Use for tea as in loose Chinese or Japanese tea leaves. Use with loose Rooibos tea, use with teabags that are not made very well, or where their string rips off.
Try with our rubbed mint to flavour soups or indeed to make tea.
I love coffee ground roughly but gently in our stone mortar and pestle then scooped into one of these. No need for sugar nor milk. The flavour is non bitter and tasty.
