So, this is for herbal chicken soup. It is called a Chicken steam pot, and that is what it is. But instead of steaming the chicken, you steam the pot.
This bowl is 21cm internal in diameter, externally including lid about 23 cm diameter , so you need rather s large pot to put it into. You may put two little sticks under the pot, or if room allows, put this pot onto a rack. Put water into the big pot, and put water into the pot. Add your herbs, or add your chicken feet and peanuts and the dried Chinese jujube dates.
Often Goji berries are used but usually with a chicken thigh or two, all the rest you can google yourself or ask Chinese Grannie?
