Well maybe tapioca flour is something to use instead of wheat flour. Maybe it could be mixed with the coconut flour? If still using flour, it could be added to ordiary flour for texture benefits. The Sale Street restaurant used to use it for their fish in their fish and chips. Very popular it was too. 400g packets.
