White tea is tea dried very quickly after picking.
Could be very healthy for many,
but best if you know about whether you are Yin or Yang at the moment.
It is Yin and may be used to lower excess heat in people that drink it.
Many are definitely too hot.
This is regarded as good in the West.
But be wary of drinking too much if actually you are actually Yin, or, cool in constitution. ( Feeling cold and clammy, dribbily nose).
