Beautiful olive oil as recommended by great Pianist and Poet Denys Trussell. He doesn't trust many olive oils, but this is one that he does. Lovely for salads, for some cooking and even for dipping. The heritage of Cretan Olive Oil making is long, and illustrious. A smooth flavour and at a price where everyday use is possible. Mediterranean food at its best. Goes well in a light stir fry too.
Taste is great.
