Hand rolled to small pearl like balls. The tea leaves unfold when you brew the tea. This unique and exotic scented tea has robust jasmine aroma and flavour. Try not to add too much. This seems almost concentrated, but no, it is quite normal.
Not too high a water temperature is recommended. about 80 degrees celsius.
