Please, with cast Iron less is more. After the initial scrubbing to get off any manufacturing oil, these pans should be left alone as much as possible after cooking with them.
Maybe use of a chinese stiff wok brush when the pan is still sizzling hot and scraping and rinsing under a running tap so that it will drain off and still be hot to dry off quickly is one recommendation. After the food is taken out of course, and maybe before that, you could mix the cooking juices with some wine to create a gravy before the final clean?
This brand has a metal handle and is fairly deep.
