Vision eye pinhole glasses. No need to strain. No need if they work for you to have to go to stronger and stronger lenses. Not for flying or driving as you will lose peripheral sights, but great for the TV screen, great for reading as soon as you get used to them. for some this could be immediate. There is also an eye exercise booklet that comes with the set. We have a few pairs on hand at any time, but may be able to get more if these run out.
