Popping corn with no flours or flavours.
Add you own if you have to.
Use real butter or peanut oil or just use an air fryer.( No No No, not so good in an air fryer. Very nice result, but the corn has popped into all sorts of hidden places inside )
Microwave ovens work too.

This is using a pot with a good heavy lid.
I put a bit of butter inside, and sprinkled some Sri Lankan cinnamon powder around and it was lovely.
