These we have had for quite a while, but the date is actually long anyway. The best before date is 12 th March 2019.
But if they have not been opened, they are made to keep.
Each sachet can be for 500 g of Steak.
Today we used a mixture of casserole beef as well as another cheap cut and they were delicious. X cut is also ok but please do not cook with the expensive cuts as they will not have as much flavour and the texture profile will be all wrong.
