35 cm long brush , 24 cm wide at the bristles end. Does not look like it falls apart with heavy use. Probably resists rot. Use in wet or dry conditions. From Sri Lanka and made from the stripped middle rib of fallen coconut palm branches. Bound with coconut string, capped with a coconut shell. Fair traders of Aust. www.importants.com.au
