Very fine. Use a miniscule tiny weeny amount.

The amount needed is smaller than you will expect.

So good value even compared with buying sugar.

How evil is sugar? Actually possibly better than many sugar substitutes.

Many say Stevia is ok though.

There are so many Stevias around which may be cut with Erythritol (a cheap though natural, non sugar

but one I have never liked.


We have some immediately on hand,

but if we run out,

then it may take two to three days to get more.
